"We were very impressed with Del Angel right from the beginning. Paola was very professional and helpful with all the paperwork and decisions. We brought our aunt's artwork that she painted to surround her with and to also gift after the service. Maribel was very accommodating and brought out several beautiful columns and easels to showcase them better. She was with us every step of the way, making sure we had everything we needed so that our memorial went smoothly. She had gloves for the pall bearers and explained their symbolism. Maribel even drove the hearse herself and stayed at the cemetery with us until the very end giving us gentle directions when needed. We are very grateful for all that she did for us that day in such a caring manner. Our whole experience at Del Angel was wonderful, much more than what we had expected. "Very professional from beginning to end. My loved one passed at home and since the collection of my loved one they were very professional. We had our initial meeting they were very informative and set expectations for us in what steps to take next. I do have to say they are a bit dull with their sympathies but I think it's just because they deal with death 24/7 they are used to it. That is the only if you want to say negative thing I can say. That did not however affect how great services were. My loved one looked so amazing received so many compliments on makeup it was really outstanding. We never had to ask for anything or were left wondering what to do they guided us perfectly and again very professional. Everything went prefect at viewing and at cemetery."
