"I've been training with Jenna for over 3-years. She is an incredibly motivating, knowledgeable, and positive personal trainer. I started working out with her after having my first child, continued throughout my second pregnancy and here we are two kids later in the best shape of my life! There is never a dull moment with Jenna. Not only is she is fun to talk to but, her workouts are very dynamic and challenging in a good way. Throughout the years, I've seen her customize my sessions to fit my needs with modifications, adding elements of yoga to help with tightness in my hip, and even internal ab work for after each pregnancy. Her diverse background in fitness is great for women and men of all fitness levels. Overall, I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a trainer that will meet you where you are at but, push you to where you want to go. You will not be disappointed!"
