"This post is about Real Estate Connection Property Supervisor Yessenia and Property Management Rosie IN MARCH of 2019 my apartment flooded due to a clogged pipe in the roof that had failed to be cleaned. Yessenia offered me a 5day credit in March for April which she never posted on my balance ledger. I have been paying my rent online since I moved in April of 2018. I have paid my rent on time every month except for April of 2019 due to Yessenia not properly posting the credit on my account for the flooding. I received a 3day notice to pay or quit stating the full balance not with credit that I email evidence stating that she would update. After going back in forth with Yessenia she corrects the ledger on the 4th now implementing a $75 late fee. I make her and the property manager Rosy aware of the unfairness and imposing of charges that I have not incurred or I have incurred due to property management not correcting my balance on time reflecting the initial amount I Owed. I made her aware I will not pay any late fees I never incurred. Yessenia then goes and speaks to me in a manner so unprofessional tries to insult me stating that she is in a position to take away the unit just like she was in a position to qualify me for it. She then begins to speak on my credit history and how I should be grateful that she accepted me bashing my race as a black woman speaking as though she is above me.I have paid my rent on time since I have lived in this unit I had a payroll issue in June making her aware I may be late and I will pay the late fee. With her powers she has forced me to not be able to my rent on time by blocking my ability to pay rent online. With my job I am only in my apartment unit may 5times a month and being able to pay my rent online has been a convenience. This woman has discriminated against me because of my race not my Ability to pay rent. This woman has insulted me as an African American citizen who has paid my rent on time. The apartment manager Rosy is racist. In the apartment unit I see segregation in the pool areas use of barbecue pits are only mostly occupied by Hispanics. Yessenia uses her authority and power to abuse and insult tenants because her position allows for her to help people recover from homelessness. Yessenia is the reason why so many people face homelessness today. With uneducated people in higher position that use only there position to take people’s power of independence of will and determination to be stable and live with conscience thought of being personally attacked. People like Yessenia and Rosy are the reason we had nation are in the position we are in because of jealousy, discrimination, racism, lack of education, lack understanding, lack of accountability and The WRONG PEOPLE BEING HAVING THE POWER TO RUIN OTHER CITIZENS LIVES JUST BECAUSE THEY CAN. I WILL BE GOING TO CONSUMER AFFAIRS AND PRESENTING ALL EVIDENCE I HAVE AGAINST THIS PROPERTY SUPERVISOR REGARDING ALL OF MY ISSUES AND CONCERNS I HAVE DEALT WITH OVER MY ONE YEAR IF RESIDENCY IN THIS UNIT. I HAVE ALL EMAILS AND TEXT MESSAGES I HAVE SENT AND THE RESPONSE. I believe with proper educated and trained management REAL ESTATE CONNECTIONS COULD BE A BETTER PROPERTY MANAGEMENT WITHOUT YESSENIA. Yessenia gives this company a bad name and reputation."
