"Calmed down a whole crew of ladies trying to get into the Mercedes for the Frenchie! They were amazing from start to finish helping to get a dog out of a situation with as little devastation as possible. So grateful! Thank you!!!!"
"Absolutely very nice and chill people, went to this station to get a tour and by God they have me one, even gave me water and a power aid as well. Found my new favorite fire station."
"Called 9-1-1 about a man on the floor tonight. Gave a precise location and was told by the dispatcher that help was on the way. Waited to see if/when help would arrive and saw a fire engine and an ambulance pass by with their emergency lights on and flash a spot beam in the general area for a few seconds and then turn off their emergency lights and just left without even looking for the man. The man was on California St. and they passed headed east on Spring St. and didn’t even enter California St. (they just flashed their spot beam). They just left! I tried to follow them but got caught at a couple red lights. And saw them leave towards their station off of cherry while the ambulance went north on cherry. I didn’t want to confront the person for a variety of reasons but after seeing this, I decided to just go check on them myself. It may or may not have been a homeless person sleeping (who knows) but as the dispatcher said, that was a cause of concern and definitely a reason to call."
"Stopped by here to have a baby seat install check and was told they will not do it due to liability. They told me some BS that the police station will do it. Not true. Another lie. Waste of time to go here this morning. Not helpful. They should have better information on where people can get their baby seats check. Stop lying and be more honest would be a start. Thumbs down."
"Excellent protection service Congratulations!"
