"Paramount has a nice downtown area. I had business to do in City Hall, which was closed, but the library was open on the same property. The only problem I had was that buses didn't stop even though I was waiting at the bus stop. Here is a photo from Alondra and Virginia Ave. Pleasant community with easy access to rails."

"This by far is the cleanest city hall that I've ever set foot in. The place is a model of efficient and organization. The crew is well trained, knowledgeable, friendly, and possesses superior "citizens" service skills. Once bitten twice shy, I walked in this AM to address some business license issues expecting red tape, headaches and delays (previous experience with other city halls). To my delight, I was in and out, mission accomplished, in under 10 minutes. I salute the management and crew at Paramount City Hall. Keep up the good work.
