"I called and someone on the phone was helpful. He transfered me to another lady who was also very friendly and helpful."
"I’m here with my friend to do a name change and I can’t believe how rude and misinformed these folks are. First of all they opened almost an hour late having folks sit outside waiting for them to open. Literally, staring at us. Then, had us run around making copies. It feels like they have no clue what their doing. It’s awful. I get it that you all can’t get fired from your jobs but a little bit of customer service couldn’t hurt."
"Nice, helpful staff. I'll get my passport in no time!"
"The City Attorney received my complaint and mail me a letter declining my claim for damages, however, the word claim spelled clam. Another supporting detail to their declined clam was that my motorhome was not registered in the state of California. What type of error is this and how much is it worth besides DMV integrity, life, liberty, and the pursue of happiness. 1988 Ford Mallard was my life, liberty, and I was going to pursue my happiness by living in it temporarily to buy the first semitruck, "Wouldn't that be nice." Then get my pilots license with ATP. I graduated LBCC, knowingly, intelligently, voluntarily, and educationally, had my plan of action but it was damaged by LBPD, Towing Operations bcs expired reg, only suspended bcs did not transfer to my name. Long Beach City goverment had destroyed my life and I called 911 for help. Let's say you call 911 and a vehicle you depend on is destroyed bcs of LBPD believing someone else calling the police that you did something to them but they are in your vehicle, refuses to get out. To date, if I am in a situation and need to call 911, then I don't bcs I will have my property destroyed. So don't call 911 and handle the problem yourself."
