"Everytime I'm there , is a bad experience. The staff there, need training on compassion, and bedside manner, they lack of all that 100%. They are on a power trip, just became they are on the other side of the counter, cutting vouchers. I feel like they demean you, as if all this help is coming out of their personal pockets. They forgot, that we are all people, and one day they might just find themselves in our situation, asking for this type of supplement.Wic staff and managers are horrible. I also think they should be more educated, and stop giving text book, advice when you sound so clueless and just residing their wic material. One staff tried to tell me, shes right, and my babies pediatrician is wrong. Total liability. Please do the community a favor a re train all your staff."

"the employees park in the front parking spaces. they take too long to call you in. even if Im before they open. any wic is the same too long to give you the coupons. the employees are rude and mean."
