"The Hispanic lady in the front desk٫ is so rude I've gone for a Garage sale permit three times and the first time she says permits are handed out Monday through Thursday our sale was pushed 1 week٫ then we went on Tuesday and she said it is onLy from 8am-12٫ she wasn't able to provide proof of this on the site nor on the city pamphlets or board. I stopped by 1 hr ago and she did not greet me just said 10 dollars hander me٫ my permit and said next٫ similar to dmv٫ in my twenty years of residing here never have I had this treatment٫ everyone at the parks and town meetings are humble people. Please fix the issue ٫ I don't want to escalate this issue further. This woman I was there today wed. at 11 in the morning."
"The mayor seems to only be interested in Helping Arab constituents. #2 his brother is tied up with the streets.... he has a nephew working in HPpd. He's also with people being investigated by the FEDS"
"Terrible city. The overnight parking should be changed especially now with the current state of California. Not everyone is a home owner and having roommates is the new normal. Having limited space results in park in other city or paying to rent out a spot."
"This city sucks! I made the mistake of renting an apartment in this same city and the freakin police officers are no where to be found. I used to live on Otis before when all the previous council members where in office and corrupt or not the city was way better. They offered more services and the police cars were always protecting the streets. I'm moving out of this dump which is getting more ghetto by the day. And the council members seem to be a lost bunch of idiots."
"Code compliance is the worst I have seen this older fat white guy he always picks on Mexicans he is very racist and consmdescending when we crossed paths I can tell he still lives with his mom he has never or is not married he puts on this male brevado I can also tell it's been along time since he got any. He is a really bad person he tried to scare me and intimidate me but the tables were turned they need to get rid of him I noticed he was speaking to white people about you parking there car on the lawn he was like please move it you can not do that they lived across from me 1 week later my next door neighboor was issued a citation for having his car on the lawn he was just washing it and was present it's not fair I actually made a complaint about him and guess what nothing ever happened the whole city of bell is very corrupt I have been living here 26 years I have seen Mexicans bullied beat by cops and harassed this city is horrible"
