"I wish they would evaluate there staff. The homeless workers are just there for a pay check. They have no intention on answering your questions or give you a clear understanding on how the process works. I have soo much emotional distress I feel victimized for asking them to please help me understand there process. When I kill myself I will leave a sucide letter and the workers name who helped everyone but me. I heard them tell everyone there hotel vouchers would be in by 5:00 and just because I asked a question that I didn't understand and asked them to please explain it to me theraly I got on her nerves. How sad that they abuse the power of authority"
"a woman called me KKK and threatened to kill me cause I asked her nicely to not go ahead of me in line. told security and they ignored it. also currently waiting in line 45 mins at the point of this review with another 45 mins likely to come. don't come here. ever."
"It's like the county somehow managed to gather individuals who hate helping people the most and put them all inside of this building."
"They changed my location to this one. The first time I came here they had a disability line. I came in today and stood behind a women with a cane because I assumed that she was standing in the disability line. After the security at the front called her in, they asked me “how can I help you?” I told them that I was standing in the disabled line. They told me that I don’t look like I have a disability. I told the men the last time I came here this was the line for the disabled. He was extremely rude and nasty to me and yelled at me “you don’t look like you have a disability to me!” I told him I do and he finally allowed me inside. Other customers inside waiting overhead the conversation because of the volume of his voice yelling at me while I was trying to gain clarity about the charges at the facility that I was unaware of and commented “she ain’t got no disability! She don’t look like nothins wrong wit her”. I was completely interrogated and harassed about my disability and felt pressured to disclose my personal health information only so I can be treated with respect and dignity like everyone else. I asked for the 2 security officers information and they refused to give it to me. They told me to google the company online."
"When I was homeless 4yrs ago I came here for help and got extremely disappointed. My case worker wasn't the best. She basically stated that since I was making too much money that I was only allowed to get $14 in food stamps. She then proceeded to laugh and giggle like something was funny. I had to stop myself from going off on her. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE! Find another building in Los Angeles that takes matters like this SERIOUSLY! I'm sure they can help you out better than they can."
