"We came here because it has the best prices for storage we could find in the area. We rented a unit on line and got a phone call from the property manager to confirm. We came by the next day to look at the size of the unit. We worked with Carmen that day and she was great. She was professional but personable and very nice. She had a great attitude she explained everything to us and walked us to our storage unit to show us. When I asked how long she had worked there, I was surprised when she said only 7 months. She seemed like she was there forever and had all the answers in a helpful way. We rented the unit and now I need to work at filling it up."
