"I always loved this Catholic Church so nearby my place! So nice looking, clean neat , help so much to pray and talk to Our Lord God Jesuchrist !"
"My wife and I went to confess this past Friday and outside the church ( because the Pastor doesn't allow people to use the Parish Hall not even for school as far as I know) people were getting ready for a Christmas Posada with nothing else but a tarp and no portable gas heaters I was invited to play the Drums by one of the Choir members because their drummer didn't show up. The drums were set right off the tarp and I had to play them like that . I was wearing three jackets, a scarf and a hoodie. I ended up getting sick. Let the Pastor know that what he's doing is wrong. We parishers contribute for the church to function and offer its facilities to be used accordingly. One more thing I forgot to say is that the the heater inside the Temple needs to be turned on during mass. The parish receives enough money to cover gas expenses."
"There was this one time I went to church with my family and the priest was being rude towards a lady that had a crying baby with her. He told her that if he was going to be crying, it'd be better if she'd just exit the building because her baby was disrupting the church. Another time that I also attended classes here from when I had catechism, the priest was giving me attitude for not learning my prayers, when I had clearly told him that I was trying my best. It was struggle, but he insisted that it wasn't that hard. I sort of when back and forth with him stating that my entire life didn't entirely revolved church, I had other things to worry about. When my parents arrived, his whole attitude changed and he started acting less hostile and less of an a______."
"I and many others feel like the church only focuses on the events they host, they charge for everything and might I add they are extremely loud. I have family that live down the street and they can hear the loud music, very disturbing. St Malachy School is not a school I would recommend to anyone it is like a public school."
"I, along with my brother attended St Malachy school and we with our parents were members of St. Malachy Church for over 40 years. All of my children also attended and graduated from St Malachy School. We all had wonderful learning experiences from well qualified teachers. Of course, over time, things have changed a bit and although it is a very good school with adequate teachers; the after hours festivities have gone awry. St. Malachy over the last few years as been dubbed as being the party church of the neighborhood and every event that takes place at the parish is excessively loud and even if you ask if the volume of P.A. systems can be adjusted as to not offend the peace and tranquility of others that they share the neighborhood with, request usually goes unanswered. If they ever learn to have a good time without offending others with loud music at any time of morning (Saturdays) or night, it would be a GREAT PARISH!"
