"I am actually in Michigan. And dealing with the death and cremation of my dad in California was very complicated, and has taken over a month, due to problems/issues with one of my siblings. Cynthia & Sandra both worked hard, doing everything they could to smoth things out and get things done. They were excellent at communication throughout the process with phone calls and emails. Even taking into account the time difference between us, and the fact I am also a 3rd shift worker. I very much appreciate everything they have done to finally get things resolved and ship me my dad's ashes."

"Its Been almost 7 months since we buried our beloved Father. When we sat down with Lupe the coordinator of the funeral home to plan out my fathers Funeral services, we never thought the worst experience was waiting for us. We figured we plan the services there since it was local to all family and friends. Me and my siblings including our mother was at the appointment planning out the services and everything was laid out as normal. We felt confident this was the place to pay respects to our father. When the day of the services came, 01/24/23, immediate family arrived earlier to have privacy with our father first. I noticed the TV's were turned on showing our fathers pictures and videos we had uploaded to their website but there was no sound on the videos. The employee working the morning shift, short guy with glasses had apologized to us saying he tried everything to get the audio going but not enough was done. We had uploaded many videos and none were heard throughout the entire service. We had asked to speak with Lupe and she wasn't coming forward to speak to us, she avoided us the best she can. Since the beginning of planning the services to the day of the services Lupe wasn't very responsive and would ignore many of our calls and texts. The thought that not enough was done to fix the problem was upsetting to say the least. You don't get this day back. The fact that we couldn't hear our father again in the videos and we expected our family and friends to listen to our father sing in the videos and just hear his voice for the last time was distressing to everyone that was there. I would never recommend this funeral home to anyone."
