"Complete disappointment. Some Employees are not capable of helping customers on an efficient and polite manner. Very rude and unprofessional."
"Tammie was friendly, happy to help me and also made suggestions on ways to save money using their priority shipping."
"This is the worse post office you can go to in all United States. Please avoid! This African American female threw a sharpie at me when I asked how could I write my info on a bubble wrap. Then when I made a surprised face cause of her behavior, she yelled at me to give her the sharpie back and started yelling at me in front of all the customers. Who does this woman think she is? The employees here feel so entitled. With men she is nice but with women she gives attitude. How ghetto. This is going to corporate. I will not let this slide."
"I’ve used this post office for many years, most of the time the lines are long and it’s very slow. But I am understanding, kind and patient so I patiently wait and smile at the workers before I ask for what I need. We are all human. Today I went in to drop off a small packaged box. The worker behind the counter “Yvonne” was talking to another worker while she was helping a client about nothing related to work. I patiently waited for her conversation to be over I said excuse me…. She ignored me but I wasn’t sure if she heard me or not…. So I said excuse me again. She told the worker she was previously conversing with to talk to me because I’m disrupting her line and she’s not sure why I’m speaking to her. The worker asked me what I need and I asked her are we allowed to drop the small boxes in the drop box she told me yes and proceeded to take it. I don’t usually do reviews but that was very rude of Yvonne. My question took 5seconds and if you have enough time to converse with other people about things nonwork related than you could have answered my 5sec Ques that is related to your job. I don’t usually write reviews but black people are already given bad names. And Yvonne demonstrated every single black women stereotype we receive in todays society. She made us look bad. So I am angry with her and her work ethics needs to be examined by her superiors. Even being rude serving other people with no conversation…… talking to workers about whatever. The lines are already long and it’s already slow and you’re clearly the only one at the window…… you aren’t getting paid to talk you’re getting paid to do your job. But hey what do I know I am only a paying costumer. I will go to further lengths to report her because at this we as a community are tired!!! I go to other post office in nicer areas all the time and those people are focused well prepared and doing their jobs! Anyways to whoever reading this have a blessed day. From someone who never does reviews."
"I've used this post office for many years and have found the staff to be courteous and knowledgeable. People will react to the way they are treated. Respect goes a long way. My mail carrier is courteous as well, and delivers the mail daily at the same time. I've never had a problem with any questions I may have, and he will even take any outgoing mail I have. I appreciate these people and the service they provide our community."
