"Our mother recently passed on April 2024. The most difficult thing one would ever have to encounter in this lifetime, but Mc Nerney's Mortuary made this whole process easy for us. Suzi and her staff were vey empathetic, professional, caring, compassionate, and very respectful during this difficult time. The prices are very reasonable, and you will not get pressured into getting any of their services that you do not want/need. They have sent text/s to see how I am doing and that means a lot to me. My eyes are watery as I type this review, but it helps me to have/find peace. If you think that you are alone, trust me that you are not. Suzi and her team are here for you during the most difficult time/s you will ever have to face. They will help explain everything and with 100% compassion that you can feel it to be genuine. "Where to begin…. After experiencing one of the most Tragic heartbreaking experiences of our lives we were forced to make decisions we never could have imagined. We didn’t know who to call, what to do, or even where to start. After calling McNerneys we were scheduled right away for our appointment. When we arrived we were met by Val. Instantly she took over, walking us through every single step of the way. After all arrangements were made, we left and felt we could have never done it without her! Over the next few days & weeks leading up to the service, Val answered phone calls, text messages, answering every single question we had, and if she didn’t know the answer she found out and got back to me immediately. We chose to have my nephews service at McNerneys. On top of all arrangements, they also handled the obituary, the prayer cards, helped with the slide show/video, every single thing we needed. The day of the service we had the help of Samantha who never left our side, setting every single thing up, providing all the easels, hangers and everything we needed.
