"Customer service extremely rude. The fine print hides hidden fees and when I cancelled my membership they were condescending and rude and continued to charge me. I would definitely NOT recommend this service. The bikes are subpar, the staff rude, condescending and unhelpful. If you use this service be sure to read the 50 page fine print extremely well to avoid daily hidden fees and penalties"

"My partner and I use these bikes to get to and from work almost daily. Unfortunately there's been more then a few times where a frustrating issue would pop up. On more then one occasion we would dock our bikes, hear the dock beep 6 times and believe it had docked... but on the app it would claim we were still riding and never returned the bikes, when of course that was just not true. Luckily we were able to get help with that and avoided getting over charged, but since it happened more then once, I thought I should mention it. Another issue I've had with this system is how their app is completely inconsistent. It will tell me there are 3 bikes available and 3 docks open at one location near me. I'll walk over to that particular station expecting just that...3 bikes and 3 docks, but to my surprise there was only one bike at that spot and it was completely dead. You could say some people came up and grabbed the other two bikes right before I got there, I thought so too but nope I had checked the app right then and there once again. What I saw was the app still claiming there were 3 bikes available at that current location. Around this same issue there has been many times where I would ride a bike over to a location after checking the app and having the app tell me there are multiple docks open for me to park the bike and once I pull up to the station not one dock is open. This issue has caused me to be late to work many times because i would have to ride the bike right back from where i had just picked it up from. This has happened too many times that i cant trust the app or this system anymore. If they can figure out their system and getting it running correctly maybe Ill continue to use their bikes but as of right now I can't rely on this system to work. Bummer."
