"This is the worst place to rent a tuxedo. I rented my husband and my son tuxedo here for a wedding and when I when to pick them up. They were too big they look like gangsters. And the lady that works there she doesn't know how to measure. She measure them if they were for really fat people. Don't ever go to this place. I'm really disappointed I will never rent a tuxedo from this place. And then she still gets mad because we told her that she needed to order a smaller size."

"Very poor customer service....I want to talk to a manager. I was promised to have the items we ordered a month before our wedding and did not get it in time. I called on more than one occassion and they kept saying it would be here next week...next week never came. I am so beyond pissed, They should not be aloud to do this to people.
