"This is the best gym I've ever been to. Don't hesitate to check it out: Renee and Nathan, the owners/coaches, are truly kind and competent people. The classes have amazing diversity and you'll see people of all ages, sizes, fitness levels - including seniors, pregnant women, and elementary-age kids. They've made me look forward to the gym, which is an astounding achievement. Can't recommend it highly enough."

"I can not say enough good things about this gym. For the very short amount of time my fiance and I had the chance to visit, this gym it is by far one of the most welcoming and friendly gyms I have experienced while traveling. As an out-of-town crossfitter, I was looking high and low to find a crossfit gym that would judge my 2022 Crossfit Open workout. After being turned down by 5 different gyms and even being told by one gym that the only way I could complete the workout would be to book a private session for $100 during a time I could not do, I was left so disheartened and upset about my situation. Then I received a message from Coach Sara saying she'd be more than happy to judge me and I could come in at whatever time fit my schedule. The hospitality and welcoming I received from Coach and owners JP and Sara was exactly what I expected from a Crossfit community gym. I had the best experience and felt so supported during my 22.1 performance. If you are a long time crossfitter or just starting out and are looking for a place that not only welcomes you at any level of fitness but meets you where you are and helps you become better, Crossfit SCM is the place for you. "CrossFit SCM is one of the best gyms out there. Coach JP is incredibly knowledgeable, attentive and caring to every single athlete that walks in to his gym. When dropping in to a different gym from out of town, one always has a sense of being an outsider - not at this box. Coach JP and the CrossFit SCM community are welcoming, kind and helpful to everyone regardless of their fitness level. I advanced my knowledge and performance after two days under Coach JP's instruction. The breakdown of different workouts and how they will affect the body is relayed in a concise & easy to understand manner that is adapted to each athletes personal journey and makes you want to learn more. "I have been a member of SCM Crossfit since September of 2018. I love coming to this space. JP and Sara are amazing coaches to work with. They focus on improving your technique (quality over quantity) and help you modify certain movements if you have any injuries. The members of this gym are all super friendly and while I mostly know the people in the 5:30 class on Saturdays we all get to meet. I love coming here it’s been great so far.
