"If I can give this Dmv a negative star I would, the workers seems like they don't know there job, they all need to be train so they can service the community better. First of all my daughter did all the steps to achieve her driving license, just for them to say she didn't have her permit long enough after she passed all steps, so why they would even booked an appointment for her to do the driving test, then I schedule another written and driving test few months later which she also past again and on the day of the driving they claim they didn't put the correct time down so they have to reschedule again for another day, unprofessional to the fullest they all need to get replaced managers and all"

"I went here to surrender my State ID so that my Driver's License has RealID instead. The process was quick and easy. Staff was also lenient. The employee at the front commented on my gorgeous eyes and I told her that my sister got her license here in 2011. Another easy thing about the process was that since I submitted the documents online, I didn't need to being an original copy since I already submitted the documents online."

"I was unable to make an appointment online. No worries! I was in and out in just over 1 hr! I thought I was going to be there half a day! Staff very polite, very helpful! Love the San Pedro office!"

"This has been my go to DMV for years! Had an appointment and they accommodated me within 10 minutes. There were a good amount of people waiting but most of them were walk ins. The staff is friendly and helpful, unlike some other ones I went to in the past. The ones at the other offices looked like they would rather be somewhere else and were rude. Not here though. Highly recommend you get an appointment to bypass the wait."

"I have a appointment and was standing in appointment only lane. Nobody was there and the other people in without appointment lane was going inside. I went inside and asked him why you are giving the token numbers to others without appointment before us. He don't have any answer. There is no preference for the people who have appointments.you still have to get through the line with people without appointments. I'm sitting in the dmv right now.have a appointment at 12.10 pm, but still waiting.there are 20 more people ahead of me."
