"This place is cool, albeit small. I like the hours and the chicks that run the office. However, I do not love or even kinda like their lock cut policy. I worked for years at a prestigious Storage Facility on Earl Street in Torrance, CA and we cut our customers locks for them when they had lost their keys as a courtesy to them, understanding that they were already stressed out. Unless customers are running a business from storage, they are usually in some kind of a stressful transition. It is pretty much a given thaf the customer is going to buy a replacement lock....anyway, this place has some hinky dude, who lives in an RV and whom they contract out to cut the locks for them. He charges $15. I am a chick and not that,big and I cut those locks as part of my job. Anyway, otherwise, they are 4 stars."
