In our ongoing effort to enhance accessibility and convenience, CSSD is excited to introduce one-on-one virtual interviews with our Child Support Specialists. This innovative service allows parents and caregivers to receive personalized assistance from the comfort of their home or any location, eliminating barriers such as distance and travel expenses. Scheduling a virtual interview is straightforward—simply select your local Child Support Services Division Office, choose the “virtual interview” option, and pick a convenient date and time. A meeting link will be emailed to you upon confirmation.

Payment Options:

While the payment kiosk at our Pomona office is currently unavailable, we are pleased to inform you that payment kiosks remain operational at all other division offices. Additionally, you have the option to make payments at 7-Eleven, Family Dollar, and ACE Cash Express locations. For those who prefer digital solutions, we offer direct deposit and Electronic Payment Card (EPC) options for seamless and secure transactions.
