By putting a.####.....2 .false drug test of metafetamine. Took take my child away. Afther taking other drugs test. Fron dcsf. I came . Clean out of metafetamine. And court orde . A investigative social worker. But . Supervisors. Told ms liliana Contreras to take vacation. Because. She manipulates that sistem.of social worker. Be aware this people could manipulate sistem . Just to make money ..... away front are children. .they not trusted people. ...... my public people. I hope if some have this same problem. You should. Get . A channel new. To let . Community. Know. .now. supervisors name .... Annabel. She is covering. Her case worked. For false paperwork..by given her vacation. So judge .dont . Look her bad as they are . ....... and supervisors. SaNTOS DANIEL. Never answer. Call. Especial when it come . Front false .drug tests. And other thing that social worker do. .....be aware. This people could manipulate sistem.... ..."

"DO. NOT. BOTHER. SHOWING. UP. WITHOUT!!! AN!! APPOINTMENT!!! I cannot stress this enough. They are NOT open to the public. I lost my EBT card and they require an appointment JUST for that! They will not let you in. If you must see your worker or speak to anyone in there, you MUST call ahead and schedule an appointment. Even then, they'll make you wait outside until somebody comes to call you in."

"I've had a few decent experiences there but for the most part the workers are rude, nasty and extremely unprofessional. I would say some kind of training in people skills is most definitely necessary for these workers. It's very obvious that most of them do not like their job, my suggestion is that they go out and find new ones."

"Bad Reputation for services. Good Aid with non-professional case workers who have the tendency to slack in their ability to actually aid the homeless. Mr.Pierre is Mr.example. Today is Monday, Febuary 5. 7:17pm living on the curb of LA. My caseworker assured me that in one hour i would have 130$ of hotel vouchers...after denying me a whole 7days. Now at 7:17 still no 130$. I communicated and reached out every day. Mr.Pierre wasn't at his desk. No response by Phone. The services are here and our own workers are slacking not caring we stay homeless when we need the shelter and nutrition for our body to function. You DPSS are aware of my Caseworker by looking up my case. I ask why is this behavior allowed? My Caseworker cut me 7Days as well as these crisis behavior."
