"One of the best place I’ve visited, I bought most my furniture from this place when I moved in Bakersfield, very nice people and very helpful, the price was very reasonable, I highly recommend to visit it."
"The best place to buy stuff & furniture for your home! The manager is really kind; he was very helpful and patient. The prices are great, and the quality is excellent. Highly recommended!"
"DO NOT PURCHASE FURNITURE FROM HERE!!!! My parents bought me a vanity last sunday 08/18/2024 for $750 because they said it would be brand new and is sold at ashley furniture for $1500. (ashley doesn’t sell makeup vanities. found that out AFTER we bought it) and i remember seeing the box before they loaded it up and we noticed the chinese letters on the box. my mom goes “oh no” and the owner goes “everything is from china.” hm. they give you “2 days” warranty. no refunds. only exchanges. we opened the box and you literally have to build every single little piece. the instructions are so confusing. we all work long hours throughout the week so my parents have been trying to build it when they can. yesterday, they spent ALL day building it and it’s still not finished. AND get this, IT’S DEFECTIVE. none of the pieces match and none of them are even. some drawers are noticeably so crooked. some of the rails don’t fit. some of the drawers don’t slide smoothly on the rails. this vanity is probably from temu or aliexpress. it’s TRASH. that’s what we get for buying from a place like this. $750 is a RIP OFF. i could’ve bought a better quality vanity on amazon for way cheaper. NEVER BUYING ANYTHING FROM HERE AGAIN. SHAME ON THE OWNER AND ALL THE WORKERS FOR SELLING TRASH FURNITURE AND KNOWING ITS TRASH. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!"
"My experience of these guys is first watching their commercial on TV that aired during the news hour. I had already made plans to help my daughter get a new washer and possibly bed frame and mattress. I looked up the store on Maps to get the address and looked through their posted photos of some of their inventory and it was nice to see some furniture with styles to chose from. Furniture these days all look the same , like standard issue from our government. Then i saw mostly good reviews from happy and satisfied customers. Then a harsh snippy ,kind of ignorant review by a woman basically calling them cheap and dishonest. Everybody knows, or at least people that read reviews know, that no matter how good a business is, there will always, always be someone who will have a negative review. Her review didnt really matter, it was a stark contrast to many good reviews. What impressed me was the owner taking the time to personally answer this review. He cares about his business. He responded that yes the furniture she bought was cheap. Because that was what she said she wanted. Just cheap. And her husband with the language barrier negotiated for hours on thee prices because he also wanted very much CHEAP!! Lol. Have a good day Chief"
"Horrible place to purchase any merchandise. If I could give zero stars I would. I bought our dining table last year and when we assembled, it was damaged. I purchased a patio umbrella yesterday and the owner told my husband that it was great quality and they were sold at Home Depot. When my husband came home with the umbrella I noticed the box had Chinese letters all over and it was a cheap umbrella most likely from Temu or Shein (nothing compared to the ones sold at Home Depot). We confronted the owner and he only wanted to give us store credit. Most of these items are poor quality, damaged, or it stops working shortly after you buy it. Owner claims he gives no refunds and only a two day warranty. If you want to avoid an unpleasant experience, be aware that there is uncertainty regarding product quality, warranty coverage, and horrible customer service."
