"amazing service, loved my dress! They discontinued my dress and they still were able to get it for me!"

"This place was absolutely horrible. The lady that helped me at first was nice and all but once I purchased the dress she was saying that I have a full package with the dress itself, the thing on the bottom, and the crown. When I came back to pick up the dress and everything else I noticed that the gems weren’t glued properly, material was super cheap, and somebody spilled something on it! After I finished trying the dress the lady said she wrote down a crown for us the day we bought it but then she said somebody sold it by accident. Except when she called the lady that sold my crown she said she didn’t she anything that implied it was bought already and they wouldn’t give me a refund for the $60!! I was so upset never buying from this place and I seriously don’t want any girl to experience this either!"

"Be sure to put everything in writing because they will go back on their word. My niece just went to pick up her dress and it was supposed to include a silver crown with blue stones. When she got there, the sales lady first acted like she didn’t know what crown they were talking about. Then she lied and said it had been set aside for her but couldn’t find it. After they went and got 2 crowns that looked nothing like the crown she had chosen. The sales lady then got testy and told her to either choose one of the crowns she showed her of to leave because the crown was free to begin with, however she her that was not true it was a combo deal that was made and the receipt shows that the crown was $46 dollars. The sales lady got upset and basically told her to take one of the other crowns ot she would give her $35 back for the missing crown. So, my niece had no choice but to take the $35 since the other crowns weren’t up to part. I would advise anyone trying to shop here to make sure they put everything in writing and don’t pay for the whole amount upfront."

"When you walk in ask for Selena!! She was so attentive and accommodating of our needs. We got a beautiful quinceanera dress for my sister. Selena let us try on a few dresses and made my sister feel special :) This is the dress she picked !! No pictures are allowed until you buy the dress btw."
