Reviews
"A great dive bar with live, local music. The night we visited featured a killer guitar rock group called the Moran Tripp Band. The bartender said it was “Tequila Tuesday” but there was no featured drink special so I guess they just call it that for fun."
"A great venue with two floors of music and three floors of bars. The staff are great and Deborah is tops as a bartender and drummer. The open mic had some very talented people but had to be one of the most poorly organized I’ve attended. There was no time limit set on folks (a 30-minute open mic set?) and they ran out of time before they ran out of performers."
"Cool, local dive bar in DC with amazing live music. This place is fun and can get a little packed but it's a place you will always have a good time and do some serious people watching. Bring cash for cover charge if there is music. Check out their schedule and discover some cool new bands."
"The area is nice. Not the best spot for happy hour. It’s great that they have outdoor seating because the inside of the spot is pretty dark and stuffy. It’s pretty dead not live, so many other better spots to visit in the area. Only good thing is the Friendly staff. Music selection is blah; the radio/dj does not have an upbeat selection. The bathroom is filthy, you would be better off trying your luck outside. *** Replying to the dill doe sucker that replied to my review, there was no live music playing the day that I went."
