"We viewed the property. It was quiet and well kept but the space rent of $2300 per month is outrageous Why is it so high? Because of this we cannot consider it and honestly would have otherwise"

"We are seniors looking at 55 plus communities. We thought we would just drive into the main entrance and take a photo, not having a real estate agent with us at the time. We simply wanted to hear the traffic noise levels in the area. The gate guard was more than rude and threatened to call the police if I so much as took a photo. I can only imagine what the managers may be like to deal with if you’re a resident. Needless to say it was quiet and military- style gate security if you want that."

"I used to want to live here. Great views. Covid really changed it. The Manager was rude, lazy, not helpful. She was transferred to another larger community. Fire Her!!! Lower space cost's, it has been sold too many times. Stop the greediness."
