The investigator …..…… said if the kids have issues as a result of this case will be provided with care! After they lost.. and the judge threw it out. Crickets….. complete class act! Glad not only my savings went to them but my tax dollars as well…. This system not only left scares in our family but failed us! My family got to see the under side of society through them.. thank you!!"

"My son was struck in his face by his mother. Nikole Sayula came and took a statement and basically said she did it because she was pregnant at the time and it was due to her hormones. Fast forward 5 years later my son is now an adult. He's trying to get into the United States Air Force. They requested information on this matter. Nikole Sayula was very uncooperative and wouldn't even give a statement that they don't keep records that long. I hope this doesn't deny my son the chance to be in the US Air Force."

"My child was taken by the state on false pretense Our doctor, in cooperation with Torrance Memorial Hospital violated our civil rights and set us up to have our child taken away. We believe we were targeted for discrimination on the grounds of our transgender and immigration status and sexual orientation. Our history of common mental health conditions was used to smear us. The doctor provided a hospital with a false positive drug test for the mother which was taken without her consent. This constitutes a violation of Section 123601 of the Health and Safety Code). There were numerous HIPAA violations made by the social worker and hospital as well. The baby was born healthy and had a negative drug test. The baby was illegally taken from us. We don't know where she is and don't know how to get her back. I think our civil rights have been violated. We have been verbally and emotionally abused every step of the way, and deprived of our time with our child in this critical period of her life. We need legal advice and assistance. Our baby have a lovely home waiting for her and two parents They trying to split our family. Our child's future is in danger."

"A.C. Turned in the report without seeing my parents for the last meeting. My parents never got the report right before it was turned in. Tells my dad one thing and tells my mom something entirely different. I hear the conversations. I love my parents and this lady is unprofessional. I don’t blame her for ruining the relationship of my parents. My parents did that to themselves, but this lady didn’t make it any better. Instead of trying to reunite the family (since both adults wanted to), she misleads them by making one believe the other person won’t change…when that individual is trying to by doing what’s required. She was eager to turn the report a month before the court date."

"Very unorganized. Rude. Disappointing. Nothing is inclusive. They want you to be discouraged and leave the child behind so that they make money off of the kids.Everyone besides the live scan woman and one front desk personal, has an attitude. They all act like they have so much experience but most of them aren't even fathers and are young and act like vacation and Starbucks is more important than your case. They take forever to handle business and next thing you know you see on the news a baby looses their life behind the carelessness. They really aren't on your side. Especially if you are a male fighting for your kid."
