"Lesley and Padma Studio helped save the yoga community after the pandemic. Padma studio serves as not only an exercise to have you body feeling strong and relaxed; but also an exercise of the mind. I always leave class feeling better than when I came in. All the teachers are well versed in the practice of yoga and spiritualism. They have an extensive knowledge of yoga and give all the students attention during their classes. The classes vary from rigorous to easy stretching, so there is something for everyone.
