"You can’t find a better gym than this in terms of community and decorum. Despite being an outsider or my first time, I feel like family. People are overly respectful here. I haven't experienced that for years. There's nothing like starting your day here and going back into the world. Thanks for the experience. The gym has everything you need, and the dry sauna is possibly the best in California. The heat is perfect for sweating out the toxins."
