"This is the most unprofessional place of business I’ve ever come across! They are NEVER open!! You’ll have to call and see if anyone is there during business hours otherwise you’ll be wasting gas and time going there. They supposedly open at 11. It’s 11:30 now. Anytime I come they’re closed and I have to continue coming back on a gamble checking to see if maybe just maybe it will be open. My drivers license was there for almost a year before they gave it to me. I thought it never came and paid for a replacement. Peoples livelihood depends on them. There are checks being delivered there. If I can’t get my check, I can’t pay my rent or bills. If I can’t pay my rent or bills I accrue a late fee. They’re not going to have to pay that. I do. Very inconsiderate and failing their customers. If you can’t handle the business you should just close it. Hire someone who will be there to open and close during the hours in which you say you are in business. This is not fair to your customers. BBB is seriously a thought right now. I wouldn’t have given the 1 star if I didn’t have to. Their business ethics are absolutely horrible."

"This place is never open on time, its 12:40 Thursday April 15th and they're not open, I've seen Amazon, ups and FedEx trucks(vans) come and go already and countless people come and go trying to get their mail I assume. I mean it is during business hours 12-5pm. I dont trust these other reviews it must be the people who work there because all the customers I talk to have an attitude and are used to this place not being opened on time... this is sad and a waste of money. **Update** It's now 1:31pm 4/15/21 I just got my package Directly from the FedEx driver who has been trying to deliver this package, I showed him my ID and signed for the package, if I wouldn't have been here they would've added another missed day and delivery attemp on the box. It's 1:36pm and they're still closed **Final Update** It's 5:15pm April 15th 2021 This place never opened, I have two packages that I know are in there and another one that is out for delivery(idk which company has it from tracking number), I come here from Rosamond ca to get my mail, I called yesterday and it was fine but I didn't make it there in the 5 hour window, I came today early to make sure I'd be here and I was here all day they never opened, the items I need are for my business, they're glass jars for my products, they wasted my time today and are costing me money, DO NOT SPEND ANY MONEY WITH THEM, DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR BUSINESS, THEY DONT CARE ABOUT YOU! There is a number with no voice-mail and the ups and FedEx drivers both said this happens all the time, this is unprofessional and unacceptable, they are playing with my mail and it was a terrible business decision to do business with these people, there is no accountability for anything here, I called corporate and they said it's independently owned and operated so the owner can do whatever they want, including not opening... Like this is a liquor store not a place people receive mail at. I am highly disappointed and dissatisfied with this subpar , below average bad business, today was the straw that broke the camels back... im not putting up with this anymore."
