"Weird steep trail that goes steeply downhill and back but doesn't connect to another trail because of rich people blocking accessm"
"Nice and enjoyable trail! Several hues! Wouldn't suggest it for toddlers because it is steep in some places. My 7 and 9-year-old children were able to complete the 2.97-mile loop (starting at Lower Willow Spring Trail, continuing on Purple Canyon Trail, and ending at Upper Willow Spring Trail) in 2 hours. Saw a few rabbits and one coyote, and a sign warning that there are rattlesnakes and many (let me repeat that: "MANY") poison oaks is visible. Be ready for a long stretch as you approach the Martingale Trailhead at the end of the loop. Excellent workout, and I'll most definitely return!"
"Great hike! It has such a beautiful view from the top!"
"Nice trail loop about 2.8 miles with a lot of shade."
"Very nice and fun trail! Lots of shades! Steep in some parts so wouldn't recommend it to toddlers. My 7 and 9 years old were able to finish the whole loop (from Lower Willow Spring trial, Purple Canyon Trail, then Upper Willow Spring trial) of 2.97 miles in 2 hours. Saw a few rabbits and 1 cyote, and saw sign stating rattlesnakes and also lots (let me say it again! "LOTS"!) of poison oaks so keep your little one or pets close. There is a big stretch at the end of the loop, coming up to the Martingale Trailhead, so be prepared! Great work out for sure and will definitely go back again!!!"
