"If you what to open a buisness in this city be very careful with what you need to change in the space. This city takes very long to approve you. For me it's been eight months since I started the process with them and it's still going. It may take another three months at this rate. I don't know where to start with the experience. I am trying to open a business for dogs and rented out a really nice space to give the people of torrance a great place to bring their dog. Little did I know that the city was going to make it nearly impossible for me to open. I began this project in August of 2023 and it is now May 2024. The people in this city are not helpful. They treat you as an inconvenience and answer to you with rude tones. They have no consideration of what their decisions are doing to the project and they will prolong it as much as they see fit with their corrections. The inspection are worse. Our inspector has made so many changes that has dragged the finish line for two months now. I am still waiting for him give us the greenlight to continue but, unfortunately he will now be out for a week. The time they take to help you get started is terrible!!! If my business falls it will be because I ran out of money trying to open. It's sad that this city is being this hard and does not care for those trying to better it. Good luck if you are in the same boat as me. And write a review to help others."
