"I called Sunday April 25th, 2021 a 2:45 p.m. re a dog that had been barking all day for 7 or 8 days straight. An officer was on duty and took my report and told me it would be given to a field officer. Today Monday April 26, 2021 the matter appears to have been resolved. Most difficult for a kindergarten student in school via zoom."

"Official Rating: zero stars. This place is a nightmare to deal with. Same runaround others have experienced with the officer. Was able to glean some information about an incident from staff members/operator. Otherwise, the officer in charge never seems to be in or is constantly "in a meeting." Left several messages, all went unreturned by said officer. As this is a govt service, city officials should take this seriously. I guess it's easier to provide a bad experience...reduces volume."

CULT LEADER:

"Lazy. Sends you through loop after loop to get anything done with no results. Was told to email my officer, whom never replied. Then told to call another service that never answers the phone and by after I finished with that still no results! Each time I call they send me through the same thing and tell me to contact the police or sheriff who will tell you it isn't their job."
