"BEWARE! of buying anything from this place, purchased a faulty snow cone machine from here for $600 and after 3 weeks of purchasing it was not working properly! And went in and they said they do not give refunds there or exchanges, that I would have to contact the company they purchased it from. I was never told to contact anyone in case of anything, so I did and they told me in order to get a refund it would have to be from them since I purchased there. So now I went in trying to get a refund or exchange for it AGAIN, and they said sorry no we CANT do anything for you ! Now I just felt absolutely screwed for my hard earned money!!!!! And then my son called and asked him to please give my mom a refund for this faulty machine and started to give him excuses about what is this being plugged in to and what type of ice is being used on it ! “Like DUDE ARE YOU FREAKING serious” it’s a snow cone machine you said to used block ice or even ice cubes but we used block ice. So then I went in again for the 3rd time and he tried to make a deal to only give me $300 cash and $100 on my prepaid card that I misplaced because of them having to pay for ups to take it back to the manufacturer and also loss of profit, plus that also comes with a restocking fee as well, And I told him I misplaced it and did not know where it went, so then he told me then only $300 is all your getting I’m sorry ! He also then offered me this”if I were you I would take this back and show someone you paid $600 and sell it for $500 or $550 to get most of your money back! “WHO THE HELL WOULD EVEN CONSIDER BUYING A FAULTY SNOW CONE MACHINE !! “because if you send this back to the manufacturer they will not refund anything to you and at least I’m willing to give you $300”, At this point i am so irritated and mad and upset!! And then I went back a 4rth time and he said he would $150 more cash and that would be it not a dime more ! And I also explained to him if he does not have have a return nor exchange policy I have the right to be refunded the full amount of $600 within 30 days of purchase by LAW with my receipt!! which he doesn’t and have pictures to prove as well !! Here is what the law states “Stores that do not accept returns must clearly display their policy. ... If a store violates this law (California Civil Code section 1723) by not clearly displaying their limited or no return policy, you can return the purchased item with proof of purchase for a full refund within 30 days.” IF I COULD GIVE THEM A ZERO I WOULD WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME WITH THESE PEOPLE! I AM REPORTING THIS POORLY CALLED BUSINESS FACILITY !!"
