"Poor customer service Very unhelpful Can’t revitalize a low quality mindset Seem to hire people that have no ambition, no initiative, and just going through life on autopilot."
"I lost my case here, but I had to represent myself, and that had nothing to do with the staff. Parking was easy, finding the rooms and the records area that I needed to go to was easy, and although I lost, the judge was very polite. Only giving four stars because it's impossible to look at a courthouse that you kind of lost everything at with too much positivity. Court is court, and if you have to go to court I suppose this would be a good Court to go to. I do prefer Torrance courthouse though."
"The Hispanic woman working the small claims counter is seriously incompetent! She cannot answer simple questions, and the staff is so lazy that they cannot handle you filing a claim before closing. Retail workers work harder than you. And our taxes go towards this level of service? I understand why so many are leaving California. Protest this nonsense and just leave."
"Appeared for a fix-it ticket. Staff were all friendly and helpful. Parking was easy, but did cost $9. All was resolved with the clerk quickly and painlessly."
"Why have a phone number, if no one ever answers it? whoever runs this program should be embarrassed. my wife received a surprise traffic citation for about 500 bucks that we don’t know why it was issued and just received a 1st surprise letter saying if we don’t pay by the end of the month it’s going into collections. I spent the last hour calling, and having to wait about 3 to 5 minutes, and at the end it tells me everyone’s busy & to call back later. Looking at the reviews, it seems like the courthouse leadership intentionally puts people in the loop to just wear them down so eventually they realize no one will ever pick up the phone and they have to come down in person. They function under the façade of service, masking entitlement. Don’t put a phone number up if no one’s going to answer it. (I’m trying to get information on the ticket since it seems like an error. However, now I have to waste a day to go down to the courthouse because this institution doesn’t seem to care about serving the community, ) Oh well…"
