"Horrible paint service. Brought in a 240z for primer and finish. Worse paint job I’ve ever seen. Cracked paint, dirt residue, careless rust removal. Never use this place for a restoration. If I could give them 0 stars I would but unfortunately I can’t."

"This is the first time I have written a review. I took my vehicle to Urbanos to be painted. They told me it would be a week to get the job done. It actually took close to two months before they where finished. The paint job turned out very nice, however every time I have my vehicle wash the paint keeps coming off. I asked for touch up paint and Luis gave me the wrong color touch up paint. Now I have to find another place to fix the paint that has been washed away. Oh well, next time I need to do my research a little better. I probably could have had a better job done at Earl Schieb or 1 day paint and body for half the cost."

"I'm giving more than 1 star because the previous vehicles were good for the most part other than a ton of overspray that was easily cleaned up. Cheap paint jobs get cheap prepping. We brought over a few vehicles in our fleet actually. It's just really hard to get them to call you back. I brought the last truck in there to get a quote for some damage done and Luis took pictures promising to give me a call. I didnt hear back for over a week, the phone rang until their full voicebox denied me and I just went back there in person. I stood around for a half hour while he was running 100 different ways and didn't get to me before I got tired of waiting around. I left a note with reception to have him give me a call with the quote.....and he never did. I called a week later and then he came up with an excuse of not being able to get parts anymore. I'm glad we wasted weeks with insurance company threatening to close our claim without payment due to urbanos inability to communicate."
