"In January 2016 my big Brother Terry was murdered. It was (and still is) a horrific surreal experience that would forever change my life. Being his closest next of kin I had the task of making the arrangements to care for Terry... Our sister in Boston called in some friends of ours that were in the Funeral Business and they reached out to some of their contacts on this coast and gave us a list of places to call. My calls began, like many of us who have been placed in this position, with a demeanor of 'this-is-not-something-I-ever-wanted-to-do' frame of mind. The first 2 places I called referred to Terry as "The Body" OH HELL NOW!! how effing insensitive can you be??!! the next question that was asked after that was how much does the Body weigh? YIKES! NOPE! the 3rd company actually offered condolences then moved on to the business matter at hand. I guess being from Customer Service I expect that in these instances the UTMOST care would be taken with the person coming to ask of your services. I searched for "caring funeral services" Natural Grace was the first that popped up on Yelp. I read the reviews on the site and also looked up Shari here on google. When I called Shari her tone was so gentle and kind on the phone... in fact she was driving and (although) on bluetooth she pulled over to concentrate on my call. I looked no further! To say that Shari was sent by my Brother Terry spirit to care for him was a feeling I had. After the coroner investigation was completed I needed Terry to be in the care of someone that would treat him, even in death, with caring, loving hands... there was no DOUBT in my mind that Shari and her staff would do this. Especially after describing the circumstances of what had happened to Terry... Shari understood explicitly what it meant to me that he was out of that location. I will ALWAYS from that moment forward recommend Shari and her company they are in the unfortunate business of sadness from go... they don't try to cheer you up or offer pontificating remarks about death or how your loved one is in a better place, she just listened with a calming aura and asked permission to take over some tasks that she and her staff were familiar with, where we were not. Shari took over obtaining the required documents for me and walked me through nearly every step of this painful journey that we were on. Shari was ever kind and available to us throughout dealing with the Detectives and Coroners. When Shari (personally) hand delivered Terry home to me, which signaled the end of our unfortunate circumstances of meeting, she did so still with always accommodating my schedule and not rushing me through this process. I told her how deeply sorry I was that we were the first homicide to care for... as the procedure is different and nothing she had any experience with. In this we both learned together (sigh) Terry is in a beautiful Bamboo Urn that is subtle. So I learned through this that Funeral Directors can come off like Car Salesman (of olden days) brash, plugging you from the beginning of the sale with cost... not taking a moment to pause and ask questions about your loved one or where you were in the process. As a Sales person myself I think it would be wise to HALT the sale and focus on the human side of what your patron is going through. Just my humble opinion. Respectfully Reviewed"

"I cannot even explain how wonderful Shari and her team were to our family in our time of grief. We had a sudden and unexpected death in our family in March. I wasn’t exactly sure of where to begin, or how to handle the arrangements. I called Shari and explained our situation and she literally handled everything for us.
