"1)Walked in and had to strip. (Take my belt off. What adult needs to do that?) How was I able to keep my belt but not a lock in my bag? And why did the lady purposely not give me back my copy of the record? 2) there was no directory available and I was sent to 4-5 floors before finding my destination 3)these people act like they're actually good people and a lot of them aren't. How are we the public hiring them??? They act like we trust them when they haven't earn it. 4) I'm not unfamiliar with people in government playing games. YOU CANT BUY CLASS. There's a lot of malice in these people. 5) the whole experience was for kids ran by kids, except my court room surprisingly. I'm pretty sure our public trust is being exploited. I didn't see character or integrity in that building."

"Today is March 19th, 2024, and Tuesday at 12:45. I just walked in ( no appointments) for my son's birth certificate (6th floor) . I waited 5 mins and done. Very nice staff and everything went very smoothly. I really recommend this place. The only thing is that u have to pay 10 dollars for parking 1 hrs. Staff said Monday and Fridays are the busiest day, so try to avoid those days."
