"The terrible hours are what make this place worthless, banker hours. Canceling the storage space due to hours 9:30am - 6pm on weekdays and closing 5pm on weekends. A storage company that doesn’t care about their customers Employees offer a small discount if you give them a 5 start review. + Centrally located. - Bad hours. - Hours are set up to benefit the storage company. - Not worth having a storage locker if I can’t get to my stuff at a reasonable time. - Bugs from other lockers. - If they spray I don’t ever see anyone on site like Orkin or Terminix. - Staff is not helpful or friendly. - Gate is typically acting up. - Grounds look terrible. - Maintenance looks like they are being done by someone off of Craigslist. - The workers close the gates 20 min prior to closing time. - Bathroom is always dirty. - Toilet seat broken for months."
"Mold is growing inside of my unit… ruined my cousins bed who passed away and it’s very very sentimental to me! raised it from $200-$400 per month. no money could ever fix this. very very very upset and will be removing all of my stuff. never using storage unit again UPDATE: only getting $250 from insurance…. more than $2000 worth of damages!!!"
