"Do not trust Google maps near the Los Angeles airport to tell you about buses in public transit. Apple Maps is correct, but Google maps will tell you to go to bus stops that are not in use."
"I visited this location with my sister and nephews. I don’t normally write reviews however the lady that assisted us has a nasty attitude. She was extremely rude we both said hi to her she responded “ can I have your ID and credit card. Again my sister asked how was she and she didn’t reply. She then proceeded to tell me that I needed to go sit down because it couldn’t be too many people at the counter, as I turned around there was multiple people at every window. As someone who’s a customer advocacy manager I find her demeanor extremely offensive because would she had treated a non black person in this manner. Her body language is also terrible and for someone who is customer facing she should be able to smile at least once."
