The System doesn't work if you just want to stay barely surviving off of over-exhausted unemployment insurance benefits the rest of your life. Don't be a waste of space or waste Their valuable time."

"The job counselor whos name I won't mention....she is terrible. They just send job fair information. I never got a job at a job fair NEVER!! Waste of time. Use the library resources online for resume templates and live interaction. They also offer basic computer classes. I get more job interviews on Craigslist. I just use this place to go through my email and print resumes."

"There are a few 'pay check ' collectors. Who just come to the office and do minimal work. Like watch videos on the work computer at the front desk. My assigned person would just send texts of up coming job fairs. The few passionate people who actually helped me were few. But they were in no position to be my work counselor. No compassion. You'd be better off looking on Craigslist or going direct to any company website. To apply for anything. Also in my own experience the local libraries have resources to resume templates and training online for MS Word, Excel and even Spanish classes. They also have free experts that will help with your resume and cover letters. You can print and use the computers. The librarians are more than HAPPY to serve and help you! I stopped going here."
