"Nice atmosphere"
"The old Tim Kelly Lifeguard Memorial! This is one of the best spots to watch the sunset and to also not get your feet covered in sand. The only time it is crowded here is when there is a beach festival. The volleyball tournaments that take place here are common but still, you can watch many of the games from this vantage point with ease. Great spot for people with mobility challenges or are in a wheelchair or walker. I rode to this point on my Beach E-Biking Adventures All the time. Sunrises and sunsets are great to see at this spot."
