"Nice, fairly clean beach and pier jetting out into the ocean. Parking is horrible but that’s kinda expected. Some of the buildings around beach area need to be renovated or torn down. There’s a power plant or distillation plant just south of pier, which is weird, but we need water right? Overall decent beach and neighborhood area."
