"Today I picked up my sister from the airport and we got starbucks coffee as we usually do. First they took so long with the drinks when we were the only ones there. Second they put nitro lids on regular iced coffee normally it wouldn't matter but I'm driving and it's not easy but then maybe they ran out of regular lids BUT LASTLY I noticed my drink had chunks of white in it... it's a caramel macchiato cold means the milk The MILK WAS ROTTEN. I had a terrible stomach ache since then... I love Starbucks but this particular location I had was my only bad experience."
"Let me start off by saying that this is by far the worst bus I have ever used in my life. As for details, I took this bus from LAX to Hollywood Vine, where my hotel was. I knew it was $8 from the outset so I wasn't expecting much but this really took the biscuit. You go inside the bus and it looks like it is from the 1950s. There is absolutely 0 suspension in this bus so get prepared to feel every bump of the road, of which there are a lot of. There were genuinely times where I was jumping up and down my seat and thought I had damaged my spine a few times. It was the most atrocious ride I have ever been in. Really, this is how you decide to introduce the USA to people coming here for the first time? Please have some form of standards! Charge more if you have to but get a decent bus in."
