"The departures side of Terminal B is renovated and looks good. Well signed with a good amount of food options and also shopping. Plenty of retail options for sundries and plane essential snacks. High end retail includes Gucci, Hermes, Moncler and Bvlgari. The arrivals desperately needs a renovation, looks like works are underway though. The signage is lacking at exits to direct people to rental car etc. it’s a bit of a nightmare trying right now figure it all out as staff give different answers."

"LAX may have a bad reputation in terms of customer and airport experience but I thought the facilities and airport staff in TBIT were pretty good. Security control was efficient and the queues were well managed. Post security, the airport provides power points to charge cell phones and other devices. I thought this was a kind gesture as in other airports around the world this wouldn't be forthcoming!"

"Always busy airport. After the renovation things are much better inside with lots of shops and places to eat."
