"Longest check in lines I've ever experienced at SFO."
"This airline is corrupt and unethical. It's so bad it shouldn't be allowed to operate in the U.S. Customer service is non-existent. Hold times are in the hours, if you don't get a busy tone to begin with. If it's this bad on the ground, do you trust them with your life in the air?"
"I flew from LA to Punta Cana. I had a connection in Panama. My ticket did not come with checked baggage only a carry on and a personal item. Now, who wants to travel international with only a carry on??? Not me. There was a fee to check a bag. For whatever reason you couldn’t pay this fee online in advance, so you couldn’t save time on your check in. I paid for business class one leg of my flight - to get around paying for the checked bag… however that plan did not work. I bought the business class seat for the second leg of my flight, so I was not allowed free checked baggage for my second leg. Also because I purchased business class for second leg, I wasn’t allowed to visit the Copa lounge at LAX. I paid $70 per person to enter the lounge. I could not enter the Copa lounge in Tom Bradley terminal, even with Amex or priority pass. After entering the lounge, it was just okay, not worth $70 per person. After getting my business seat, it wasn’t worth $140 per person. Meals and drinks on flight were just okay. … The usb chargers in economy were either non existent or did not work. I had hair in my food, on my return flight to LAX from Panama, CM302. Also the food did not smell good at all. Yellow rice, with shredded chicken on top (that kind looked like dog food) … I will try to avoid airline next time around ."
