"Surprisingly efficient and pleasant! I've dreaded LAX international for years, even gone out-of-the-way to fly through San Francisco instead, but both arrival and departure were great this trip. THANK YOU. Side note: TSA, for the security of all passenger, broke the locking mechanism on my brand new suit case. NOT APPRECIATED."
"Restroom was so dirty that I took one look and decided to hold it until I got home. Homeless were encamped in the restroom and hanging out in food court. Looks like the L.A. norm is now infiltrating the airport as well. Flight check-in was fast and easy. Airline and airport staff were very helpful and polite."
"One of the worst international terminals I have ever seen. I had an early flight and everything was closed since I arrived couple of hours ahead of time. No plans to direct customers, construction noises, no signage to direct customers. I expected better out of an international airport. Good luck during the Olympics"
"A nice international terminal that has multiple flights a day to Japan and Australia. Lots of stores and fast food restaurants. Not crowded and very friendly staff. They even have my favorite lollipop pop store see’s."
"Very nice agents the days we traveled. Very helpful and got us through TSA checkpoint in a timely manner. Very clean and organized. Gate agents at American were friendly and patient even with the current virus scare and nervous travelers."
