"I recently flew with United Airlines and was thoroughly disappointed with the experience. The first thing that struck me was the extremely poor quality of the in-flight meals. They were very, very basic and simply unacceptable for a company of this caliber. Another issue that left me uneasy was the age of the flight crew. Most of the staff appeared to be over 50, some even older. While I have nothing against the company’s hiring policies, I noticed that some crew members were struggling with tasks such as closing overhead bins and had to ask passengers for help. Many of them did not seem as active or energetic as one would hope in case of an emergency. This was my biggest concern, as I doubt they would be able to respond effectively in a crisis situation. Overall, my feelings about the flight are quite negative. However, I’m sure there are passengers who may not mind these issues, so it’s up to you to decide. As for me, I would probably choose a different airline next time."
"Worst customer service ever. I was traveling from Los Angeles to Istanbul and I had to stop at Houston, the flight attendant checked in me and my wife carry on luggage without even asking me. I was trying to explain I have medical condition and I have too much medication and very expensive watches and I can’t stay without the carry on for 21 hours and she was so rude and threatened us with the police. I really got pissed of and my wife started to get scared of her. I was asking why you do this only to us we had a long fight and it’s just a 2 small carry on but she ignored us and started to help other passengers and asked us to wait for the next flight . I was beginning her to let us enter so we don’t miss the flight and she was very unhelpful. I decided to enter and I found out there is a penalty room for luggage’s and I put our luggage then I saw the lady with yellow hair Rosa taking our luggage without my permission and removing the tags and when I asked what are you doing she said I’m removing the tags . I really don’t understand why united hiring these people. After I arrived to Houston I went to the United Airlines desk and I met Ramona and explained everything to file a claim but she was not cooperating with me at all and she was arguing too much and trying to tell me it’s normal. I asked for a supervisor and she refused and after I told her I’m not going to leave without I see him or her she called Andrew the gentleman who stays next to her. And I explained everything but he refused to make a claim and told me everything online and I have no control over the Los Angeles office. He was so polite and very kind and I have no problem with him. My problem with the lady in blue who disrespected me and my wife and threatened us and the lady with yellow hair who took my luggage without my permission and refused to let me enter the flight and threatened us as well And Ramona the one she was arguing with me and refused to help Flight number in the pictures"
"My recent flight on United was a disappointment. Boarded the plane to find that the entertainment system was not functioning. The absence of music or visual content significantly impacted the ambiance, resulting in a lackluster experience. A maintenance sticker on the screen indicated that the issue was known, but the resolution was not apparent. I hope that United will prioritize resolving this issue to enhance the overall atmosphere and customer satisfaction."
"It was what one would expect for an airport. Staff and TSA were nice. A variety of places to eat. Clean. Interesting local art. There was a cop with a dog sniffing people in the terminal for I’m not sure what exactly. There was this loud beeping noise in the terminal that would go on and off. So loud! Couldn’t get away from it. Not sure what that was about."
"I recently flew from Denver to Los Angeles on the 787 Dreamliner, Polaris Business Class. I was in 2A which is off-center to the right with a good view. The service was good, but rather hurried with NO hot towel. Very odd. A spacious flat-bed seat with a compartment to store lots of personal items, a cute lamp, reading lights, space to store a laptop or tablet and plenty of charging plugs."
