"Customer service at Culver City was very helpful and the unit was so clean. I ended up signing up for a space that was just vacated. Customer service said to leave the unit unlocked and they’d clean it right away. It was not even that dirty! I had just left their Santa Monica facility. I signed up for a unit that was too small, so I had to cancel. I didn’t mind canceling because the unit was incredibly dirty. The floor looked like it had mold and the entire building smelled heavily of mildew and dampness. SM Customer Service was helpful. Excellent customer service and clean units at Culver City."
