"Terrible location. Elevator has been broken for many months. The one working elevator doesn’t work properly, so one does not work at all and the other is glitchy. I’ve gotten nails in my car tires multiple times and almost hit by the gate multiple times. The floor my unit is on smelled like gasoline for days and no one gave any explanation. The Bluetooth for the gate and elevator constantly don’t work. Today the gate actually closed on my new car while I was exiting and caused significant damage to my car. The previous male manager or employee (I’m not sure which he was) he was rude and dismissive so I’m happy he was not there today. As of July 1, 2024 the current property manager is nice, she put the claim in for me and no fault of hers but this process is already a headache. I just called the corporate number and tried to expedite the process getting my car fixed and they are giving me the run around saying I need to talk to the property manager which I already did. I demanded to speak with a manager. I was told the manager only has a personal cellphone number and they won’t give it out. I said that is unacceptable and they hung up on me. Someone needs to contact me asap or I will be taking legal action and will have a lawyer handle this on my behalf."
