"The pastor, father Martin is a walking, breathing Saint. You have to be an informed Catholic, like myself, to make such a bold statement. My solid Catholic education at the hands of Jesuits gave me a wonderful Catholic upbringing. There aren't too many priests left like father Martin. Unfortunately so many of them have grown soft and distant from the absolute Truth. These priests think that by adding jokes, or humoring the congregation they would gain more attendees, but what about their soul? Isn't that what it's all about? If the office call respondent is rude, call again and ask to speak to father Martin or father Gerardo. I think you'll find it very worth your while."
"The lady that answered the phone turned down a woman begging for help for food and wasn't very apologetic about it either I asked about the food pantry she asked where I was coming from I told her Inglewood which is the neighboring City to Culver City and she told me can't help you because you do not live in our city and did not offer any other type of assistance and hung up the phone. I grew up in Culver City and I grew up in the Marina del Rey I do not need this assistance. I was calling for somebody else, but how rude could you be? she didn't know that. she thought I was the one that needed the assistance and she was that rude to me? I'm glad that the person that needed it didn't call. because she probably would have turned around and hurt herself if that would have happened. she could have at least offered some type of service. even come in and check out the church and talk to somebody but. no. nothing. Cold cold cold woman and you're supposed to be a woman of God? I would have never turned anyone away because of the city they lived in"
"The person who answers the phone at the office is very rude. I called to ask a simple question and she cut me off. This would've been my first time attending this church but because of my experience I will have to search for another church. It's not a good first impression at all."
